| City of Detroit Purchase + Insurance Package |

This includes everything from the Purchase Package and adds a 3 month insurance policy through one of our partners. |
| Property Security |

This ensures your property is secure and boarded up: Lock set change, lock box, doors & windows secured. |
| ACR Inspection |
$500 |
This is the mandatory City of Detroit inspection that accompanies all purchases and sales. We can handle all aspects of this inspection for you. |
| Final Water Bill Read |
$75 |
Includes scheduling and coordinating with the City of Detroit to meet and wait for them to read the meter. |
| Desktop Appraisal |
$120 |
An appraisal provided by a certified appraiser. While this appraisal isn't a full appraisal that can be used for a mortgage, it provides the same information. |

Vacant property Insurance provided by one of our partners, a licensed insurance agent. |

Get a full set of pictures of your house including the outside, neighborhood, all mechanicals, all rooms, and any possible rehab issues for further inspection. |

| General Contractor (GC) Estimate |
$50 |
This is a rehab estimate from a licensed contractor that can complete the work. This gives you an estimate for other contractors or an exact price with our contractor. |
| Inspection & Rent Estimate |
$60 |
This includes a completed property inspection sheet by our property scout that rates the quality of all aspects of the house and also includes a rent estimate for the area. |
| Lawn Maintenance / Snow Removal |
$40 |
This per visit, per property fee includes service every other week or as needed. This reduces the chances great of you getting a ticket from the City. |
| Debris Removal |

We can remove debris from outside or inside of your house. Price varies with the amount of debris. |
| Property Cleaning |
$500 |
A full interior cleaning to get your property ready to rent or for sale. |
| Install Lockbox |
$75 |
Install a professional lockbox that is screwed into the door jam for extra security. |
| Lockset Change |
$75 |
This fee includes a lockset change for 2 doors. Additional doors are $25 extra per door. |
